DAMP – (drugs and alcohol management standard). In our relation to this standard: a) Part 99 does not explicitly apply to us (as advised by regulator) b) We do not currently hold any CASA approvals, neither need and not holding the regulator liable in any relation to our organisation sport, community and education activities c) Nonetheless, our sport and humanity organisation has a non CASA approved drug and alcohol management and education plan implemented that is consistent with the elements of a DAMP in Part 99. d) We have a good established liaison with the regulator on a number of matters, as needed, and we are always contactable about any suggestions or possible improvements of our cooperation with any other interested parties.
